Maryland Election of Harford County Council, Question 2 (1986)

The Maryland Election of Harford County Council Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required the charter of Harford County to provide for the election of members of the county council by the voters of the entire county.[1]
