Primary: He received 69.0 percent of the vote in the Conservative primary on September 10, 2013, defeating Dale A. Desnoyers. He cross-filed in the Democratic primary where he received 41.8% of the vote and lost to Andrew W. Kirby.
General: He was defeated by Andrew W. Kirby and Dale A. Desnoyers in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 20.4 percent of the vote.[2][3][1]
Education
Kelly earned his B.S. from Cornell University in 1975 and his J.D. from Buffalo Law School in 1979.[4]
Career
Kelly is current an attorney at Roemer, Wallens, Gold & Mineaux LLP.[4]
