Michael Darby

Michael Darby is the judge on the Greater Manchester Probate District in Connecticut.[1] He was elected in 2010 and re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 8, 2019.[2][3][4]

Darby narrowly defeated Elaine Camposeo in the Democratic primary, receiving 1,915 votes to her 1,807.[5][2] They met again on the November 2, 2010, ballot with Camposeo running as a Republican.[6] Camposeo lost to Darby, earning 11,223 votes to Darby's 11,667.[7]

Darby earned his B.A. from the University of Hartford in 1979 and his J.D. from Duck University School of Law in 1982.[8]
