Michael F. Schleigh ran for judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania in 2011.

2011 election

Schleigh received 14.9% in the Democratic primary.[1] He was defeated in the general election on November 8, receiving 8.5% of the general election.[2]

Education

Schleigh received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law. He completed his LM in Trial Advocacy, Beasley School of Law, at Temple University.[3]

Professional career

After admission to the bar Schleigh clerked for New Jersey Superior Courts Hon. William Cook. He has also served as an Auditor and Representative for the Borough of Landsdowne and the Darby Creek Joint Authority. He has served as a councilperson for the Borough of Lansdowne.[3]
