Michael J. Finifter is a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since May 28, 2002.[2][3]
Education
Finifter received his undergraduate degree in accounting and economics from the University of Maryland in 1979, his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1982, and his LL.M. from the University of Baltimore in 1992.[2]
Career
Before he became a judge, Finifter served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 1995 to 2002, representing District 11 of Baltimore County.[2]
