Michael J. Harkey was a judge on the Workers' Compensation Court in Oklahoma.[1] Gov. Brad Henry appointed Harkey in 2006. He was reappointed in 2008.[2]
Education
Harkey received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from Oklahoma City University.[3]
