Mississippi pastor charged with video voyeurism
Jul 31, 2012
Mississippi: A traveling Southern Baptist pastor from Mississippi who was charged with video voyeurism has waived his right to a jury trial. This leaves the sentencing up to Circuit Judge Gerald Chatham, Sr. in the 17th Judicial District. Sam Nuckolls has admitted to videotaping various women while they were exposed at his home in Olive Branch, Miss.
Nuckolls was actually found-out while visiting in Arkansas late last year. A woman found a pen-sized camera hidden in a shaving kit and turned it over to the authorities, who discovered multiple videos on Nuckolls's computer hard drive. The District Attorney's office has accused him of videotaping the women while they were in the shower. Nuckolls is currently out on bond. A ruling is expected on Sept. 14.[1]
