Molly R. Fitzgerald is a judge for the 3rd Department of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. She assumed office on November 6, 2019. Her current term ends on December 31, 2031.

Fitzgerald began her career as a private practice lawyer. She worked as an associate for the firm of Cooke, Noelle, Tolley & Aldridge and then for Ziff, Weiermiller & Hayden. She then became a partner of Vitanza, Aaron & Fitzgerald, P.C. At the time of her election to the supreme court in 2007, she was working as a partner of Smyk & Fitzgerald, LLP.[1]
