The Montana Board of Pardons Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 2, 1954 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the appointment and composition of a board of pardons as well as for the powers, duties and regulations of proceedings of the board.[1][2]
