Montana Salaries of Justices, Amendment 1 (1964)

The Montana Salaries of Justices Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 3, 1964 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed a provision that salaries of Supreme Court and District Court judges not be increased during the term of office as well as other obsolete provisions relating to salaries.[1][2]
