Montana Terms of Office for County Officers, Amendment 1 (1938)
The Montana Terms of Office for County Officers Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure determined the terms of office for county officers as well as the qualifications for county attorneys.[1][2]
