Nancy D. Vernon is a judge on the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Vernon was first elected to the court in 2009 to a term that expires in 2019. She is the first woman elected to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas.[2]

Vernon earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and her J.D. from Duquesne University.[3]

Prior to joining the court Vernon was the District Attorney for Fayette County, Pennsylvania.[2]
