Nebraska Bar Association releases judicial evaluations
August 15, 2012
Nebraska: Earlier this month the Nebraska Bar released its biennial evaluation of Nebraska's judges. Every two years judicial performance evaluations are sent to attorneys around the state, providing them a chance to give feedback on judges they often work with in the courtroom. This year's results paint a positive picture of Nebraska's judges with 141 of the 143 evaluated judges recommended for retention.[1]
