Nebraska: Earlier this month the Nebraska Bar released its biennial evaluation of Nebraska's judges. Every two years judicial performance evaluations are sent to attorneys around the state, providing them a chance to give feedback on judges they often work with in the courtroom. This year's results paint a positive picture of Nebraska's judges with 141 of the 143 evaluated judges recommended for retention.[1]

Nebraska
"By far, Nebraska lawyers believe that the vast majority of our Nebraska judges are competently and diligently serving the citizens of Nebraska."[1] - Bar President Warren R. Whitted Jr.[2]
