Nebraska Court Justice Salaries, Amendment 4 (1890)

The Nebraska Justice Salaries Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 4, 1890, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have increased the salaries of supreme court justices from $2,500 to $3,500 and the salaries of district court justices from $2,500 to $3,000.[1]
