The New Mexico Proposed Amendment, Division of Counties into County Commission Districts, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 9, was on the 1960 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposed measure allowed for a constitutional amendment that created commission districts from state counties.[1]
