The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 1, Consent to Exchange of State Lands, also known as Constitutional Amendment No.1, was on the 1930 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment that dealt with consent to exchange of state controlled lands.[1]
