The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 2, Annual Legislative Salaries, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1942 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment addressing the salaries of legislative members.[1]
