The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 2, Property Tax, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 2, was on the 1914 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The proposition allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed property taxes.[1]
