The North Dakota Legislative Compensation Commission Referendum, also known as Amendment 2, was on the September 3, 1974 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have established a Legislative Compensation Commission.[1][2]
