North Dakota Minimum Price of State Lands Referendum (1908)

The North Dakota Minimum Price of State Lands Referendum, also known as Amendment to Section 158, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required that no state lands be sold for less than the appraised value and for no less than $10 per acre.[1][2]
