The Oak Lodge Sanitary District, General Obligation Bond, Measure 3-348 was on the November 3 ballot in Clackamas County.
The measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $44,000,000 to be used in improving the waste water facilities in the district. The bond would be payed off through sewer and waste management fees, not raised property taxes. This is to help the county follow the Clean Water Act enacted by the state of Oregon.[1]
