Oklahoma Initiative 15, also known as "Oklahoma State Question 30," was proposed by Campbell Russell in 1911.
The initiative was abandoned and never appeared on the Oklahoma ballot.
The purpose of the abandoned initiative was to pass a new constitutional amendment "Requiring 50 per centum of the total number of votes cast at the last general election for resubmission of an initiative amending the Constitution within a period of 5 years."
