Oscar Garcia (Oregon)
Oscar Garcia is a judge on the 20th Judicial District in Oregon.[1] The court has jurisdiction over Washington County and is located within the 20th Judicial District. He was appointed by Governor John Kitzhaber in February 2012.[2]

Garcia received his Bachelor in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law.[2][3]
