  • YES 3,256 (63.89%)Approveda
  • NO 1,840 (36.11%)[1]

This measure sought to amend the city charter so that more than $5,000,000 can be borrowed by the city to purchase assets of Alafaya Utilities as well as improving the City's water reclamation and wastewater utility systems.[2]
