Paul A. Kapalko
Paul A. Kapalko was a judge on the Vicinage 9 Superior Court in New Jersey, which serves Monmouth County.[1] He was appointed by former Governor Donald DiFrancesco in 2001 and reappointed by former Governor Jon Corzine in December 2008.[2][3] Kapalko died of cancer on April 27, 2017.[4]
Education
Kapalko received a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a superior court judge, Kapalko worked in the Division of Workers' Compensation. He was appointed a judge of compensation in 1992, and became director and chief judge of workers' compensation in 1994.[2]
