Penny Haas Freesemann is a judge of the Eastern Circuit of Georgia.[1] She first took the superior court bench in 1995, and was re-elected in 2012 for a term expiring in 2016.[2]

Education

Freesemann received her B.A. from Emory University, and her J.D. from the University of Georgia. She was admitted to the bar in 1978.[3]

2012 election

Freesemann ran unopposed for re-election to the Eastern Superior Court.[4] She was re-elected after receiving 99.6% of the vote in the July 31 election.[5]
