A Pensacola Promise Tuition Funding Question did not appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Pensacola, which is in Escambia County. The measure was removed from the ballot.
This measure sought to institute the Pensacola Promise program which would fully fund local college tuition for certain students within the city. Potential students would have had to complete four years of high school in a local county school and could attend certain trade school or community college in the city.[1]
