Education

Lynch received his undergraduate degree from Union College in 1976 and a J.D. from Albany Law School in 1979.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Lynch was a partner with the firm Lynch & Hetman, PLLC. Prior to this, he worked with the Albany County Public Defenderr for 19 years.[1]

2012 election

Lynch was elected to the court after running unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2] [3]
