Philip B. Jordan is a former judge for the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit, which presides over Grant, Mineral, and Tucker counties of West Virginia.[1] He retired on December 31, 2015.[2]
Education
Jordan received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America.[3]
