R. Craig Carter is a circuit court judge for the 44th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was elected as a judge on the court on November 6, 2012, for a term that will expire in 2018.[2]

Education

Carter earned his B.S. from the Missouri State University and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.[3]
