Ralph C. Stoddard
Ralph C. Stoddard was a judge of the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida, which has jurisdiction over Hillsborough County. He was elected on September 3, 1996, taking office the following January.[1][2]
Stoddard was re-elected without opposition in 2008 and 2014, and his six-year term expired on January 4, 2021.[3][4][5]

He received his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida in 1969 and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida in 1975.[2][6]
