Rhonda Moorefield ran for judge on the 28th Judicial District of North Carolina in 2010.
2010 election
Moorefield was defeated by incumbent Patricia Kaufmann Young in the general election, receiving only 38.55% of the vote. Though judges in the state do not run with party affiliation, Moorefield was endorsed by the North Carolina Democratic Party.[1][2]
