Richard C. Fitterer is a district court judge for the Grant County District Court in Grant County, Washington.[1] He was re-elected by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019.[2] [3]

Fitterer ran for re-election to the Benton County District Court in 2010 and won. He was opposed by Patrick Earl. The candidates ran for Position 1 of the district court.[4]

Education

Fitterer received his undergraduate degree from Seattle University and his J.D. from the University of Puget Sounds.[5]

Career

Prior to becoming a judge, Fitterer worked in private practice and served as a judge pro tem.[5]
