Richard E. McCormick, Jr. was a judge on the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.[1] McCormick was appointed to the court by former Governor Robert P. Casey, Sr. in 1990. He was elected to a 10-year term in 1991. McCormick was retained in 2001 and 2011. McCormick retired from the court in January 2018.[2]
Biography
McCormick earned both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from Duquesne University.[3]
2011 election
McCormick was retained to the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas with a "yes" vote of 75.1 percent.[4]
