Richard P. Ferenc is a judge on the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Batavia, Ohio. He assumed the bench on December 31, 2011 and his current term expired on January 1, 2019.[1]

Education

Ferenc received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1973 and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1977.[2]

Ferenc was re-elected to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas after running unopposed on November 6, 2012.[3][4]

2010 election

Ferenc ran unopposed in the Republican primary. He was elected to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas in the general election, receiving 53.84% of the vote and defeating W. Kenneth Zuk.[5]
