Richard R. Baumgartner was a judge for the Sixth Judicial District in Tennessee. Judge Baumgartner was a Criminal Court judge for the Knox County Criminal Court in Knoxville. He resigned in March of 2011 after pleading guilty to buying prescription drugs from a convicted felon.[1]
