Richard S. Sheward
Richard S. Sheward was a judge for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Columbus, Ohio. He first joined the court in 1990 and was re-elected in 1996, 2002, and 2008.[1][2] He retired on June 30, 2015, upon reaching the mandatory retirement age.[3] Sheward died on June 23, 2017.[4]
Education
Sheward received his undergraduate degree from University of Miami and Ohio University in 1967 and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 1974.[1]
