Richard T. London

Richard T. London is a former Utah Second Judicial District judge for Morgan County, Utah for the Morgan City Justice Court.[1] Judge London was first appointed to this position in February 2001.[2] He retired and on September 1, 2011, the Morgan City Justice Court closed.[3]

London was successfully retained in 2010.

Education

London earned his B.S. in mathematics and his MBA from Utah State University. He has worked as a pilot for the U.S. Air Force, a high school teacher, and a computer program analyst for Hill AFB. London was appointed to the position of justice court judge for Morgan City in February of 2001. He retired from that position on September 1, 2011.[2]
