Rick Zerr

Rick Zerr is a circuit court judge for Division 4 of the 11th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] Zerr was elected to this position in November of 2006 and his term expired on December 31, 2018. Zerr was also elected to serve as presiding judge for 2011 to 2012.[2]
Education
Zerr received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas–Fayetteville.[2]
