Robert A. Hawley (Florida)
Robert A. "Bob" Hawley was a judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was elected to the court on September 8, 1994, and took office in January 1995. His term was set to expire in January 2019, however, Hawley retired before the end of that term on January 8, 2015.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Education
Hawley received his A.S. degree from Palm Beach Community College in 1973, his B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1975, and his J.D. degree from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1987.[1]
Career
After serving as a law clerk at Matheson & Deckert, P.A. and as an intern for the 15th Circuit State Attorney's Office, Hawley began his legal career in 1987 as an associate for the firm of Paxton, Crow, Bragg & Smith, P.A. He later became a partner of the firm, where he practiced until he was elected to the circuit court in 1994.[1]

2012
Hawley was unopposed and automatically re-elected to the 19th Judicial Circuit Court following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[7]
