Robert D. Leonard II
Robert D. Leonard II is a superior court judge of the Cobb Judicial Circuit in Georgia. He was appointed to this position by Governor Nathan Deal on November 7, 2012, to replace George H. Kreeger. His term expires in 2018.[1][2][3]
Education
Leonard received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Kentucky.[1]
Career
Leonard ran his own private law practice in Marietta, Georgia prior to becoming a judge. In December of 2010, he was appointed judge of the Cobb County State Court by Gov. Sonny Perdue. He served in that position until his appointment to the Superior Court in 2012.[1][3]
