Robert John Foulke is the associate circuit court judge for the 39th Circuit Court Division 2, in Barry County, Missouri. He was elected to the court in 2010, and took office in January 2011.[1]
Foulke was re-elected to the court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Education
Foulke received his undergraduate degree from Missouri State University in 1990 and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1999.[1]
Career
Before he became a judge, Foulke worked as an attorney in private practice in Cassville, Missouri. He also previously served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Barry County.[1]
