Robert I. Richter was a judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. President Ronald Reagan (R) appointed Richter in 1984. Richter retired from active judicial service, assuming senior status, October 2, 2014.[1][2]
Education
Richter received his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 1969 and his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1972.[1]
