Robert R. Russell is a judge of the Lincoln County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. He was elected to this position in 2013 for a term that expires in 2019.[1]
Education
Russell earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from Northern Illinois University School of Law.[2]
Career
Russell has practiced at Russell Law Office in Lincoln County for 20 years prior to his election to the circuit court in 2013.[2]
2013 election
Russell defeated incumbent Judge John Martin Yackel in the race for Branch 2 of the Lincoln County Circuit Court.[3][1][4]
