Robert Tobias was a judge for the Arapahoe County Court in Colorado.[1] He was first appointed in 1995 and was retained by voters in 2014.[2]

2014

Tobias was retained to the Arapahoe County Court, Colorado with 70.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

Judicial performance evaluation

The Colorado Commissions on Judicial Performance recommended that Judge Tobias be Retained. The full report is available here.

2010

Tobias was retained in 2010 with 66.15% of the vote.[4]

Education

Tobias earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1971.[6]

Career

Tobias is a judge of the Arapahoe County Court. He was appointed to the court in 1995. Prior to joining the court, Tobias was an attorney with a focus on criminal, tenant and landlord and domestic relations law.[6]
