West Virginia held general elections for county judicial offices on May 10, 2016. This date coincided with partisan primaries for statewide and federal offices. Waters was re-elected to the magistrate court in 2012.[3]
2010
Waters defeated Steve Gilbert and Debbie Hendershot in the general election, winning 50.6% of the vote.[4]
