Rod P. Waller was the judge for the Scurry County Court in Texas. He served on the court from 2004 to 2012.[1][2]
2010 election
Waller won the Republican primary runoff, receiving 52.7% of the vote. He was re-elected after running unopposed in the general election.[3]
