Roger D. McDonough is an acting justice of the Albany County Supreme Court in the 3rd Judicial District of New York. He is also a judge of the New York Court of Claims. He was appointed to both positions in 2006 and was reappointed in 2009 and 2018.[1]
He also served as an acting justice of the Greene County Supreme Court.[1]
Education
McDonough received his J.D. from the University of Maryland.[1]
