Horace Ronald Poole was a judge for the 16th Judicial District in Douglas County, Oregon. He retired in 2013.[1]
Education
Judge Poole earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1972.[2]
