Roxanne Bailin
Roxanne Bailin was the chief judge of the Twentieth Judicial District Court in Colorado. She was appointed to the court in 1987 and has served as its chief judge since 1998.[1] Bailin retired from the court on August 31, 2013.[2]
Education
Bailin received her undergraduate degree in anthropology from the University of Chicago and her J.D. from New York University.[1]
Career
Bailin began her career as a clinical professor and director of the Legal Aid and Defender program at the University of Colorado School of Law. She was then appointed judge of the Boulder County Court in 1983. She served in this capacity until her appointment to the district court in 1987.[1]
